One fee at Settlement
My buyers agents fees are 1% of the purchase price and capped at one million so you never pay more than $10,000. My fees include all aspects of my service, including attending inspections, liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers, and negotiating the best price possible and terms on your behalf. I am with you all the way to settlement.
